• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and colleagues.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, photos, and paperwork.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare active customer deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure quality repairs.
