Job summary

Caliber Collision in Smithfield, NY is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess their needs, and provide guidance for repairs. You will assist collision estimators, handle drop-offs, document vehicles, arrange transportation, and prepare paperwork while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

This role offers competitive pay ($16-$20/hr), weekly payroll, and opportunities for growth in a busy, production-focused shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Ability to do consistent physical activity including lifting objects over 50 lbs
• Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Provide personable, friendly World Class customer service to internal and external customers

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Respond with guidance and assistance to requests for repairs
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare necessary paperwork
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers and vendors
• Adhere to Caliber's SOPs, insurance partner requirements, and industry standards

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Consultant to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to properly greeting customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and immediately respond by providing guidance and assistance as required, assisting Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork and performing active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while adhering to all Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

OUR COLLISION CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:
