Job summary

Caliber Collision Gainesville is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or on the phone, determine needs, and provide guidance to ensure accurate and efficient repairs. You’ll support Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles, while coordinating transportation and paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to ensure accurate repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare necessary paperwork.
