Job summary

Caliber Collision Gainesville is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and provide guidance for repairs. You’ll assist collision estimators, handle drop-offs, map/mark, and photograph vehicles, while arranging transportation and preparing paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and immediate assistance as required and coordinate with Collision Estimators.
• Assist with drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, and arranging customer transportation.
• Prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
• Adhere to Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partner policies, and industry guidelines.
