Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fortville, IN is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the repair process. You’ll support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork while upholding Caliber’s SOPs.

You will deliver world-class service, communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors, and help ensure accurate, timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
