Job summary

Caliber Collision in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or on the phone, assess their needs, and provide guidance to move repairs forward.

You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork, while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate repairs.
