Renewal by Andersen in Washington state is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our operations team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, coordinating each project from kickoff to installation.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you’ll manage multiple projects, communicate clearly with homeowners and internal partners, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, project coordination, or related role.
• Experience managing multiple projects across teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for homeowners from project kickoff through installation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and keep projects moving toward installation.
• Anticipate customer needs, resolve obstacles, and address issues proactively.
• Provide clear, timely updates and maintain detailed project records.
• Build knowledge of products, processes, and systems.
