Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Washington is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Tacoma to lead projects from kickoff to installation. You will serve as the primary contact for homeowners, coordinate with internal teams, and proactively address obstacles to keep installations on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or project coordination.
• Comfortable coordinating across teams and keeping work on track.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Able to explain processes clearly to homeowners and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing concierge level service from kickoff through installation.
• Manage assigned projects, coordinate with internal teams, and keep projects moving toward installation.
• Anticipate customer needs, resolve obstacles, and proactively address issues before they escalate.
• Keep homeowners and teammates informed through clear, timely updates and coordination.
• Maintain detailed documentation and accurate project records.
• Continuously build knowledge of our products, processes, and systems.
• Balance multiple homeowner relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
