Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our operations team in Tacoma, WA. You will be the primary contact for homeowners, coordinating each project from kickoff to installation with a focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects across internal teams, anticipating needs, resolving obstacles, and maintaining timely, clear communication and accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality or related role.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects across teams and keep work on track.
• Strong communication to explain processes to homeowners and partners.
• Highly organized with thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, providing concierge-level service from kickoff to installation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move projects toward installation.
• Anticipate needs, resolve obstacles, and address issues before escalation.
• Provide clear, timely updates and maintain detailed project records.
• Build knowledge of products, processes, and systems to support customers.
