Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Customer Concierge to deliver exceptional service to homeowners during their window and door replacement journey. You will be the primary contact for project questions, assist with issues, and coordinate with production to move installations forward.

Responsibilities include scheduling, updating records, inputting project data, and building strong relationships with homeowners to ensure a smooth, positive experience from first contact to project completion.
