Job summary

The Michaels Temecula store is seeking a friendly retail associate to help customers find products, ring up purchases, and enroll customers in rewards programs. You will participate in restocking, merchandising, and omni-channel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS, while maintaining store standards and assisting with safety programs.

This position includes a base hourly wage with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
Maintain store recovery and merchandise returns/go back process to keep the store well merchandised and in-stock.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
