Job summary

Michaels in Chesterfield, MO is hiring for a customer-focused retailer. You will help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining store standards to support a well-merchandised and in-stock environment. As a team member, you will promote the Michaels Rewards program and enroll customers in Private Label Credit Cards when appropriate, while adhering to company SOPs and safety

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by locating products and providing solutions.
• Operate the checkout with accurate cash handling and friendly service.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC and participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery.
