Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a team member at our Des Peres, MO location to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a well-stocked store. You will handle cash at checkout, enroll customers in rewards, and support BOPIS/SFS while upholding brand standards.

Position involves unloading trucks, stocking, and following SOPs. Flexible hours include nights and weekends; experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Public retail store setting experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products.
• Handle checkout and cash handling to standards for fast, friendly service.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Participate in omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support store recovery, inventory integrity, and shrink/safety programs.
