Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a store team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience. You will operate the register, handle payments, assist customers, and help maintain a clean sales floor.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, basic math skills, and effective English communication. A comprehensive Total Rewards package includes health plans, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, EAP, PTO, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods via the type of merchandise, identifying markings, or asking for help from an on-site leader.
• Completes closing procedures, as necessary.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers that enter the store and thanks customers leaving the establishment.
• Maintains sales floor by following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
• Utilizes systems, including phones and paging systems to make regularly scheduled announcements.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
