Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OH store to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in shopping, locating products, and completing transactions.

You will support truck unloading, stocking, and planograms while maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment. The role involves engaging customers in rewards programs, supporting omnichannel options like BOPIS and SFS, and adhering to SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact professionally with customers and teammates
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
