Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Prior experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the checkout area.
• Process transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the POS system and handle tenders such as Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons and loyalty offers.
• Follow company policies on cash handling, loss prevention and restricted sale items.
• Maintain safety and food handling standards.
• Answer questions to help customers find products and services.
• Adhere to laws and store guidelines; work in a fast-paced environment.
