Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the check lane.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, checks, credit/debit, and other tenders as per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and prevent losses.
• Follow policies for restricted sale items and use coupons and loyalty offers.
• Report pricing discrepancies and stay current with ads.
• Follow food safety regulations and safety procedures.
• Provide customer service and answer product questions across the store.
