Macy's Holyoke Mall At Ingleside is seeking a Receiving Support Captain for a full-time role. You will be an advocate for the customer, lead a team on the selling floor, and drive merchandising and omni-channel initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead colleagues in execution and completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide fast feedback to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance in-store shopping.
• Meet with People Leaders to plan total store activities.
• Educate colleagues on POS tech and checkout processes.
