Job summary

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, maintain accurate cash drawers, and adhere to policies. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings and familiarity with digital tools will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate risk concerns to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to engage customers.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

• Follow bank policies, risk management, and compliance procedures.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming branch environment.
• Duties may extend to nearby branches as needed.
