Job summary

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service. You’ll educate customers on digital tools and look for cross-sell opportunities, all within a supportive office environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED plus 1 year of customer service.
• 1+ year banking or retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through referrals and outbound calls.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships while following policies.
