Job summary

Huntington in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Banker (Non NMLS) to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits and other banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while following all security and regulatory policies. A disciplined sales approach and collaboration with partners will be key.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling and comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all policies, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, and presentation skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
