Job summary

Huntington Bank in Minneapolis seeks a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a financial concierge, helping clients reach financial goals with deposits, loans and other banking services.

You will process transactions accurately, educate customers on products and technology, and deliver exemplary service while supporting relationship growth and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service experience or military service or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred 1 year+ experience in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and lending.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and ensure security and compliance.
