Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year of customer service or related role or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Background check with fingerprints required per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on deposit products and consumer lending.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and cross-sell products.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
