Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker in Minnesota to serve walk‑in customers as a Financial Concierge.

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits, loans, and other banking solutions. Responsibilities include delivering exemplary service, educating customers on products and technology, and referring clients to deepen partnerships while following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree optional.
• 1+ year in customer service or related role preferred.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly and accurately.
