Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and help them reach financial goals by offering deposit and other banking products. You will process transactions accurately and balance daily while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include proactively growing customer relationships, educating customers on banking products, and referring clients to other bank areas to deepen partnerships and trust.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or military admin experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year+ in customer service in banking/financial services.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
