Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS in a branch setting. You will deliver outstanding service, educate customers on deposit products, and proactively grow relationships through a structured sales approach while guiding them to the right bank services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management and banking acumen.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
