Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year customer service or military service or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
