Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker (Non NMLS) to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will process deposits and other banking transactions while proactively identifying customer financial goals and cross-selling appropriate products, building lasting relationships.

You will educate customers on deposit options, refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships, and uphold security and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or relevant experience.
• Cash handling experience and comfort with banking technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a structured sales process and referrals.
