The Huntington National Bank - Newark Branch is seeking a Customer Experience Banker (Non NMLS). As a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, you’ll retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit and other banking products.

You’ll process transactions accurately and balance daily while delivering outstanding service. This role emphasizes relationship building, proactive outreach, and educating customers on banking solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or military service, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service in banking or financial services.
• Proficient with mobile and online banking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
