Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree is also acceptable.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administrative or related role.
Ability to understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhere to operational, security, and regulatory policies and procedures.
