Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker at Mio, MI to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will handle transactions, promote deposit products, and identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and referrals.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED (or higher) and at least 1 year of customer service experience in banking or related fields; banking experience and cash handling are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.
