Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS in Jackson, MS. The role acts as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and offering suitable products and services.

Responsibilities include handling customer transactions, educating clients on deposits, and proactively growing relationships through a disciplined sales process while complying with all policies and procedures.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree acceptable.
• 1 year or more of customer service or military service in an administrative/clerical role or related field preferred.
• Preferred: 1 year+ customer service experience in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills advantageous.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.
