Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers with a service-first mindset. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and guiding clients to the right deposit products and services.

In this role you will process transactions accurately, balance daily activity, and maintain exemplary customer service while collaborating with partners to deepen relationships and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or military service, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in banking, customer service, or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.
Cash handling skills and comfort with mobile/online banking tools.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and risk controls.
Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
