You will engage customers in the lobby, apply product knowledge to resolve issues, and partner with branch staff to meet financial needs while maintaining accurate daily operations.

Qualifications

• No university degree required; related experience may be considered.
• Experience in customer service and banking products is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Identifies banking opportunities and refers to branch staff.
