Responsibilities

• Run reports and monitor orders to ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, or Salesforce about orders and delivery.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Engineering, Operations and other departments to ensure clear communication.
• Access information via SAP and other systems to understand lead times and trends.
• Assist Scheduling with order changes and requests.
• Process returns and credits, and prepare quotes for units and parts.
• Prepare freight claims for damaged or lost shipments.
• Support Sales with ship dates and opportunities.
