Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our store team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock and maintain store cleanliness, and support safety and security while delivering friendly, professional service.

This part-time role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a retail schedule with attentiveness to customers and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment per standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
