Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform repeated walking, standing, and movement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and stock replenishment following productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and restrooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
