Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and support stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash areas
• Other duties as assigned
