Job summary

MCI is seeking Customer Service Representatives in the United States (Killeen, TX area) to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and represent leading brands in the world. Training is provided and schedules vary by site and program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and reliable attendance.

• Ability to type 20+ words per minute and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Research systems to find missing information and coordinate across departments.
• Document and process customer claims accurately in systems.
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures; escalate as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on training and program knowledge; attend meetings.
