Job summary

Rexel USA in Auburn, WA is seeking a Customer Experience Tier 1 (CX 1) to answer inbound inquiries and provide high-level engagement with customers and prospects. You will be the front line for quote requests, enter quotes and orders, and establish commit dates at order entry.

You will support Sales with account information, upsell opportunities, and timely follow-up while maintaining accuracy and a high standard of customer service. The role emphasizes responsive communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
• 1+ year of Wireless Industry experience, preferred
• 1 year of Product Application experience is preferred
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Quote/Order Entry and maintain to completion
• Evaluate quote status daily and revise follow-up dates as needed
• Review the Open Order Report daily and update commit dates as needed
• Service accounts to assure growth and customer Satisfaction
• Collaboration of strategic account information with the Regional Sales Managers
• Service/Evaluate/Upsell customer requests
• Find new sales opportunities through inbound prospecting
• Product knowledge and give inventory recommendations
• Lead follow-up as assigned and mail list maintenance
• Be a positive influencer who produces error‑free work
• Building and enhancing customer relationships by servicing their immediate and future needs
• Displays a strong work ethic and honesty and adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Engages in work with a high sense of urgency, highly organized and detail-oriented
• Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high‑stress situations
