Rexel USA in Auburn, WA is seeking a Customer Experience specialist to join the Talley team. The role focuses on inbound inquiries, providing sales support, resolving order issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across open orders.

You will handle quote/‑order entry, track statuses, and support regional sales with timely follow-ups. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or customer service, strong communication, and proficient MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Quote/Order Entry and maintain to completion.
• Evaluate quote status daily and revise follow-up dates as needed.
• Review the Open Order Report daily and update commit dates as needed.
• Service accounts to assure growth and customer satisfaction.
• Upsell customer requests and find new sales opportunities.
• Provide inventory knowledge and recommendations.
• Lead follow-up and mail list maintenance.
• Be a positive influencer and maintain accurate work.
