Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help create an inviting shopping experience. You will assist with daily operations, support customers, and be cross-trained for front-end duties and the cash register. A strong emphasis on service, integrity, and teamwork will help ensure a safe, clean environment and smooth store operations.

Responsibilities include stocking, unloading, POS transactions, and maintaining cash security while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and stair/climb duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Cross-train to support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise, stock shelves, clean store areas and bathrooms.
• Maintain customer, associate, and leader interactions in a positive, respectful manner.
• Process sales transactions and protect cash/assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
