Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, assist customers, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will be cross-trained to support cash register duties and front-end tasks as needed, delivering friendly service while upholding store standards.

Successful candidates bring prior customer service experience, strong communication, and a high level of integrity, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work part-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or service industry experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Clean and restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash; keep areas neat.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and teammates.
• Handle sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
