Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to join our store team. Your positive, friendly disposition and eagerness to help will contribute to an inviting shopping experience for customers.

In this role, you will receive merchandise, stock shelves, assist with cleanliness, manage sales transactions at the register, protect cash and assets, and support a respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register and protecting cash/assets.
