Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a positive Customer Service Associate II to help provide an inviting shopping experience. You will assist with cashier duties, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness while delivering friendly service to customers and team members.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior retail or service experience, and the physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting activities.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, including restrooms and floors.
• Ensuring a positive, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
