Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency to verify and update customer information.
• Property & Casualty License preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Verify contact information with customers and update records.
• Answer incoming calls on the first ring.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff with prospective customers.
• Respond to inquiries, cancellations, and sales requests within stated timeframes.
