The Juris Agency in Novi, MI is seeking motivated sales agents for a full-time insurance office. You will provide exceptional customer service while helping clients choose the right coverage tailored to their needs.

This role leverages your sales skills to promote a variety of insurance products. Strong communication and a passion for helping others are essential to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Michigan Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license or willingness to obtain; licensing costs covered by us.
• Experience: some customer-facing sales or service experience is required.
• Communication: strong verbal and written communication to connect with clients and team members.
• Customer Service: commitment to excellent service and meeting clients' insurance needs.
• Adaptability: ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Seeking motivated sales agents to join a AAA insurance office in Novi, MI. In this full-time position you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their insurance needs. You will leverage your sales skills to promote various insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their individual requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and a passion for helping others.

• $35,000 annual base salary plus five percent commission on all new business
• $45K - $50K should be expected
• Additional bonus may be available depending on overall office performance
