Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or customer experience, preferably in e-commerce, apparel, consumer products, or related environment.
• Hands-on experience using Shopify preferred.
• Experience with customer service/helpdesk platforms (Re, Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer support across email, chat, social media, and other channels.
• Own customer questions through resolution, including complex situations requiring coordination with other teams.
• Troubleshoot shipping, order, payment, promotion, product, and account issues.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Use Shopify to manage orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and related needs.
