ChicknLegs in Raleigh, NC is seeking a highly organized Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and leadership team as we scale. You will translate priorities into action, drive initiatives, and improve cross-functional coordination to deliver measurable results.

You'll lead strategic planning, tracking, and executive communications, ensuring decisions are executed and aligned with company goals. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Chief of Staff, ops, strategy, or similar.
• Strong business judgment and cross-functional impact.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working with executives and senior leaders.
• Experience with EOS is a plus.
• Ability to work from Raleigh, NC office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought and execution partner to the CEO.

• Prepare analyses and recommendations for key decisions.
