Frost is seeking a Consumer Banking Experience Analyst II - Mortgage Origination Trainer in Texas. The role focuses on researching opportunities to improve processes and optimize the consumer banking experience across the organization.

You will collaborate with senior business leaders to evaluate strategies, present findings, and implement operation enhancements while upholding Frost’s all-win approach. The company has a 150-year legacy of banking excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations.
• 2+ years of Consumer Banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsabilités

• Proactively communicate with higher levels of business to determine the effectiveness of current strategies and procedures within Consumer Banking
• Independently conduct research to identify opportunities that improve processes and optimize the overall Consumer Banking experience throughout the company
